Elpro International School proudly presented Saahitya 2025, a five-day literary extravaganza that captivated Pune from January 22nd to 26th. Held at our Hinjawadi campus, Phase 1, the festival proved to be a resounding success, establishing itself as Pune's biggest literary festival and a vibrant celebration of literature, culture, and creative expression.
Saahitya 2025 was more than just a festival; it was an experience. We brought together renowned authors, captivating performers, engaging workshops, and a bustling book fair, creating a dynamic space for intellectual discourse, artistic appreciation, and community engagement.
A Star-Studded Lineup:
The festival boasted an impressive roster of talent, attracting literary enthusiasts from all walks of life. From the insightful perspectives of celebrated author Ankur Warikoo to the soul-stirring melodies of the Wadali Brothers, the opening day set the stage for an unforgettable experience. The following days were filled with equally compelling sessions, including:
Arvind Jagtap's witty session, "Selfie."
The mesmerizing performance of Vaarasa - Paramparecha, a celebration of Marathi literature and music led by poet Vaibhav Joshi.
Akshat Gupta's thought-provoking session on "Satyalogy" and the importance of innovative education.
The evocative recitation of renowned poet Ashok Chakradhar.
Shabnam Minwalla's inspiring author session.
The grand finale featuring the powerful words of Manoj Muntashir Shukla on India's rich heritage and the electrifying performance of Mame Khan, blending Rajasthani folk music with contemporary beats.

Interactive sessions like the Skillsphere Quiz, the Amar Chitra Katha workshop and competition, the open mic session, the Scrabble competition, and the Literary Tambola added an element of fun and engagement. The Character Parade brought beloved literary figures to life, igniting imaginations and adding a touch of whimsy to the festival atmosphere.
